Greeff Christie's International Real Estate opens brand-new office at Noordhoek Farm Village

Category Property news

Greeff Christie's International Real Estate has opened a brand-new state-of-the-art office at the Noordhoek Farm Village. "We have always believed that in order to be effective in an area it is necessary to have a presence in the community, so when this space became available there was no hesitation," says Mike Greeff, CEO of Greeff Christie's International Real Estate.

The Noordhoek Farm Village is "the centre of the community", says Dale Gremels, Noordhoek Area Specialist for Greeff Christie's International Real Estate. "It brings people together and you will always bump into someone you know" furthers Gremels.

Our very successful Noordhoek duo, Dale Gremels and Paul Le Roux, are both longstanding Noordhoek residents who have a sound understanding of the neighbourhood and are well-placed to be of valuable service to both sellers and buyers. Dale and Paul make a formidable team. Dale Gremels has been in the business since 1989 and has over 1000 sales under her belt while Paul Le Roux is also a top-selling agent.

"Passion, along with hard work, are why Dale and I are so successful," says Paul Le Roux, Noordhoek Area Specialist for Greeff Christie's International Real Estate. "I pride myself in being completely transparent with my clients and this helps to build long-lasting relationships. There is nowhere quite like Noordhoek - it offers a rural, relaxed lifestyle with a strong sense of community. It is a place where you can escape the rat race, and still have direct access to the city with all its attractions''.

Over the past year, Dale and Paul have sold 21 properties, ranging in price from R3,3 million to R22,5 million in the Noordhoek area - that is an incredible feat given the current property market. During lockdown, Le Roux says there has been a "significant increase in enquiries across the board" and he is very optimistic about the Noordhoek property market. Gremels adds that "the variety of homes being sold varies from family abodes and equestrian properties to secure estate living". It's this variety that makes Noordhoek a place for everyone, regardless of your stage of life.

"We felt that the brand would be of better service to our clients' needs by being based in the Village," says Jeremy Barnes, South Peninsula's Regional Manager for Greeff Christie's International Real Estate. "Noordhoek and its residents have entrusted Greeff with their needs over the years, and this move demonstrates our gratitude. We have invested in the latest point-of-sale aids which will showcase properties in the region."

We are proud to say that the Greeff brand is now represented in Noordhoek, Kommetjie, Scarborough, and Simons Town. This leaves us well-positioned to be of service to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the South Peninsula.

In these current and tumultuous times, one might wonder how and why Greeff Christie's International Real Estate is opening a new office and quite simply, it's because our strategy is to have a presence in the communities where we do business. We are constantly striving to optimise the level of service we provide to both new and existing clients alike.
