Exciting developments are afoot at Greeff Christie's International Real Estate. Under the guidance of esteemed industry professional, Buff van Westenbrugge, we have officially launched our Commercial and Industrial division.
Over the past two decades, we have established ourselves as a major force in the Western Cape real estate market. This expansion is a logical next step for us and creates an opportunity to bring our brand of professional, personalised service to a new sector of the market.
The purchase of a commercial or industrial property is one of the biggest decisions that a business owner will ever make, so our aim is to make this major decision as painless as possible. Our team puts themselves in the shoes of the client and makes recommendations based on criteria that they would apply if the crucial final decision was theirs to make. We understand the weight of these decisions and if we're not able to provide sound advice that leads to the best possible deal, we'd rather not proceed at all.
Our team is comprised of experienced property specialists from a variety of different backgrounds and regional areas of focus.
