Greeff has been operating in the Somerset West area for just over three years now. On the 8th April 2021, Greeff Helderberg moved to a larger and more visible office.
Donné Jacobs and Loretta Diab are at the helm of the Greeff Helderberg Office. Due to the success of Greeff in the Helderberg area, in 2020 it was clear that the only way forward was to open up a larger branch. It all came together when they were approached by Reon and Jaco van der Merwe (from Greeff Whale Coast branch) to form a joint venture. The mom and daughter duo decided to implement old-school real estate strategies, and it proved to be the winning formula. Despite, the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020, it was an exceptional year for the company.
Currently, there is demand for dual-living properties from families based in other provinces. Young families are interested in Somerset West too, specifically in properties in areas close to schools. Various types of buyers are interested in the area, some are seeking a home conducive to working, or retirement.
